The Comic Strips
Once, long ago there was this device used to deliver news, information, and ads for old cars and lost cats. This ancient mechanism was made entirely out of the fibers of trees and liquified carbon and in olden times this interface was the only way that people could experience the funnies. And it was in the newspaper (ˈnüz-ˌpā-pər) that Dragon and Goat first appeared.
In glorious four panels (except in China where they were paid per panel, so the comic jumped to five) every day young Tennesseans and Illinoians could take a break from their studies and see what Dragon and Goat were up to that day.
